signing in from other computers?

I just finished the trial period and then siged up for the basic program.  I can assess Insightly from my desktop but when I try to access it from the laptop I signed up on, it keeps telling me again that my trial period is up and that i have to pay.  You should be able to access Insightly from any device right? 

Also can you have Insightly open on different devices at the same time?

Lastly, will I be able to see all my contacts emails from my google gmail account?

    Thanks for your questions. Let's tackle them one by one. :)

    -- Yes, you should be able to access Insightly from any device. Since you can access Insightly from your desktop but not your laptop I would try clearing the cookies on your laptop and relaunching your browser.

    -- Yes, Insightly can opened on different devices at the same time. You can even have multiple tabs open at the same time.

    -- You can view contact emails from your Gmail account once they've been saved to Insightly. Emails can be saved with the click of a button using the  Insightly Gmail gadget. To use this gadget you'll first need an Insightly for Google Apps account (Note that your current account is a non-Google Apps account).

    Here's how you'll go about Setting up an Insightly for Google Apps account.

    Once your Google Apps account is set up you'll just need to transfer your info from your existing account to this account. Good luck!
