Leads on mobile app?

Hey,

I was glad to get the Leads feature into Insightly last week, but they don't seem to appear on the mobile app. Can I get them into the app or is the feature just missing for now?

    I am new to insightly with google apps and excited about the lead feature but realized I cannot find leads on the mobile app so if you need any more early adopters on leads for mobile I am happy to participate.

  • Yeah, I just signed up and turned on my iPad. No leads. I have to say, "Are you kidding me."  What do you mean launching a mobile app of this type where LEADS do not show up??? "We are working on it" is not a legitimate excuse. Going to check out Zoho.com to see what they can do before I put more info into half of a CRM mobile app.

  • @Max - This thread is rather old, we've actually added leads to our mobile apps. 

    If you're not seeing them you'll want to try a few steps: 

    1. Check that you have lead management enabled on your web app. Go to System Settings > Lead Management > Check the box to enable

    2. Sign out and sign back in completely on the app

    3. Double-check you're using the latest version of the app and uninstall/re-install. 

    That should do it!
