  • Is there any chance of this happening? or can you point me in a direction to have someone build it for us?  We are getting to the point that the lack of connectivity between Intercom and Insightly will lead us to look for another CRM.

  • Hoping for this too. Currently in the process of migrating to Insightly from Hubspot. It's amazing what you learn about a platform in the migration process. Hubspot has copious more sync options with Intercom via Zapier or PieSync than Insightly and not to mention a native Intercom connection.

    Zapier is painful and trigger-based, meaning many many rules and much more to break and maintain. PieSync can't move a lead in Insightly to customer status by a change in Intercom, which is also synced with Stripe for credit card payments and Xero for invoiced payments.

    We're heavily invested in the Intercom ecosystem and happily so with no intentions of leaving anytime soon. Ugh, can see us reversing what we're doing moving from Hubspot to Insightly and back again - then build our own custom reporting and workflow processes with our own internal devs and using Hubspot CRM as a contact processing facility between our different 3rd party platforms.

    To summarise, upvoting this as critical - because I believe that Insightly is so close to doing what we require to keep us as a customer into the future.

  • Yes, I'd like to see this request added as well directly offered by Insightly, not a Zapier addon. It's been quite a few years!
