Windows Phone App unusable.

The title resume it all.

1/ On my Lumia, it is very difficult to log in, very often it is impossible, the link connection simply doesn't work.

2/ The app crash a lot.

3/ Also, the app only show the web site in its mobile version, and it is a really a bad mobile version for mobile phone (it probably works better in tablets).

The Windows Phone App is just unusable. I am very sorry to have to say that because the web version is really great and it would help me a lot if I can use it 'on the road'.

    We don't currently have an app for Windows phone, only iOS and Android. Currently for our Windows Phone users we have the Insightly mobile site: m.insight.ly/m.insightly.com

    Have you tried using the mobile site instead?

    Ok, you don't have anymore an app in the windows Store, but it was here since last week and I still have it in my Lumia.

    Sorry for this very negative post but when you advertised your users to try the app, I searched in the windows Store and found one, so I tested it. And it was a nightmare....

    The mobile site looks Ok. I will try it this week. Thanks for the link.

    So I tried the app this week:

    It is quick and easy to surf. The GUI is intuitive.

     

    The web app has a few small bugs but nothing really problematic. Is there a button bug so I can report them inside the app?

    Also I couldn't find the way to show the Lead Option. There is contact and organization, but the lead option doesn't appear.

    The lead list is very important when you are out to sell.

    We have a couple of options for you to report bugs .

    You can either send us a ticket since you're a paid user or you can comment on the Product Feedback - Web App thread here; http://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us/community/topics/200181344-Product-Feedback-Web-app

    As for your leads, you likely just need to enable lead management. Go to System Settings > Lead Management > Check the box. 

    That should do it! :)

    I have already enabled the lead management and I use the lead functionality with my PC. However, in the app I use with my windows mobile phone, the lead option doesn't appear.

    I cannot find an option 'system setting' in the app I use with my windows mobile phone, so I cannot enable it from my mobile phone.

    Any idea how to see the leads in the app I use with my windows mobile?

  • @Yves - In this situation you can first try logging out and logging in. If that doesn't work, uninstall/re-install the app completely and try again.
