Advanced Reporting - User Adoption - User Login Details

Hi there,

Is there any way to use Advanced Reporting and extract User Login Details (like User Name, Login Date/Time, Logout Date/Time, etc) to measure the user adoption of Insightly?

Hello everyone. You can view your Users' last login in the newly redesigned System Settings in the new version of the Insightly user interface. Head over to new System Settings and navigate to User List to see the date of last login.

This should help with the requirement, although this doesn't provide the full audit or all logins with timestamp.

  • Hi Robert, thank you for posting!

It's not currently possible to generate reports based on these types of information.

We are working to add more features to our advanced reporting option so we definitely appreciate your feedback!

  • Hi Jessica M.,

Any updates on this?  My team is also eager to track usage metrics.

  • Hi there Rachel:

This hasn't made it to our road map. Votes and comments from the community are the first step when we are prioritizing your ideas and suggestions. Once something is moved into consideration, the product team will then begin to look into the scope of the project to see if it can be implemented. This article shares additional info on our process.

  • This seems like a basic requirement to me. I need to be able to monitor who is using the Insightly and who isn't. Ideally, I can show that the more they use it the more productive they are. You have the data in your system - meaning you know when each user logs in and logs out. This is a simple user request to fulfull.

  • How can someone show a real ROI without understanding adoption and usage within an organization? It seems like a simple log file on who logged in and when.

  • How could this not be available? If user adoption is one of the key metrics in determining the success of a CRM implementation it would seem like a significant oversight on the part of Insightly.

Which reports can we use as a proxy while you are building this?
