Insightly Sidebar - Save & Add Link Button

We've heard that the Save & Add Link Button on the Insightly Sidebar may be disappearing and reappearing and are looking into what may be the cause.

  • Great to see that you guys are addressing this.  I have lost the Save & Add Link Button on my email, and it's costing me a lot of time and efficiency in my work.  In the interim while you are fixing this, what is a "work around" option?

    For now you can use your Insightly email address to Forward or CC emails into Insightly :)

  • The new sidebar is crashing Chrome....at least it's crashing the Gmail tab.  It keeps saying it needs to be "repaired", but repairing it does nothing to improve the situation and it de-activates itself again.

  • Thanks for your patience everyone. It looks like we found the trouble item and this has been resolved.

    If you still don't see the button you may need to clear the cache in your browser or in some instances uninstall and reinstall the Sidebar.

  • I have repaired and now have the sidebar but not the SEND button.  Have cleared cache also.

  • Thanks for letting us know there's still trouble Annie, we're looking into this. Some users have reported that uninstalling and reinstalling the Sidebar completely has worked, not sure if you've tried this yet. Will be in touch when we know more.
