desktop calender is not syncing with mobile app

hi 

 

when created an event and syncing my boss's accoutn into it its not syncing the same tim,e or date onto his calender in his mobile app.

the events are there but on different days and times to what i have inputted ..... any advice or hep on how to stop this happening?

    A little silly to ask, but can you confirm the time zone for the mobile device is the same as what is listed on your User Settings within Insightly?

  • My coworker can view my calendar on the desktop, but my schedule doesn't show in the mobile app.

  • I can view my calendar in the mobile app.  My coworker cannot view my schedule in her app...but she can on the desktop.  We really need her to be able to see my schedule via the app as well as the desktop.

  • Hi Eric,

     

    We currently only show "my events" in the mobile apps. Simply to limit the amount of data displayed on a small screen. "My events" include events created by you or events linked to your user's contact. Linking contacts to events is a possible workaround if you need to see somebody else events or vice versa.
