Pipeline Stages on Opportunity List

 The Pipeline Stage visual on the Opportunity List Page seems to be out of order.  It should show 1-6 in order, but it's showing 1,2,4,6,3,5.  So, visually I can't tell what stage each Opportunity is on in the Opportunity List page.

Any ideas why?

  • That's a strange one Gina. The Opportunity and Project List pages actually don't show the stage numbers. Just a visual highlighting which stage you're at. Are you saying that (e.g) when you're actually in stage 3 the visual indicates you are in 5?

    Weird! I'd test it out in a different browser (not IE). And if persistent, raise a ticket.

  • Thanks for responding.  Yes, the stage 'numbers' are not shown.  I was just trying to explain it more clearly.  Yes, when I'm in stage '5', (I have 6 stages), it shows visually as stage 6 and when i position the mouse over that stage the text shows stage the correct name of the stage but in the wrong position.  My stage 6 shows visually in stage 4 position.

    It used to work just fine and I'm trying to figure out if I changed any settings by mistake and I really don't think I did.

    I use Chrome and the same thing happens in IE.  I'll give it a couple of days and see if it corrects itself.

  • Here is a partial visual from the Opportunity list.  (The full page is not on here because I don't want to publically share what's on the page.)  See the highlighted stage is "Send Thank You", which should be my Stage 6.  

    Here is how the stages should be viewed:

  • I'm seeing the same thing.  Last week it looked fine, this week my stages are out of order.  I'm using Chrome.

  • Same issue here.  Most of these showing in next to last stage should be first stage....  and the ones in first stage are supposed to be 2nd stage...
