Checkbox Custom Fields

I am unable to tick the checkbox custom field I have created under contact custom fields.

When I click on an individual contact to tick the custom field box it doesn't allow me to tick the box. Are you able to help me understand how to do this?

  • Hi Poppy, 

    This could be how the checkbox field was set up. There is a section in the setup to mark the field "User editable" and if this was NOT checked, you won't be able to edit it. If you set these up, go into system setting and make sure this box is checked. If you didn't, you might check with your admin. 

    If this isn't the case, check back and we can trouble shoot some more! I hope this helps.
