"Save to Insightly" and "Save and Link " not working

I can "Send and Save to Insightly" without a problem but when I try to save an email in my inbox to Insightly I get the message "This site cannot be reached.  localhost refused to connect"

I've checked other posts with a similar problem of the button not working but none I have found report this error message.

Help please!

    This was an issue in the past and updates were made to fix it. I'm going to pass this along to our Engineering team to take a look at this for you. Will be in touch when there is more information or if we need anything else from you.

    There have been some recent updates to the Sidebar that should address the trouble you're seeing. Can you try this again and let us know if you see otherwise?

    My outlook insightly link and save has stopped working - the Save box comes up to link and save but when I click save - nothing happens.  Originally it would take a second or two and then say "success your email has been saved to Insightly"  but now nothing happens and I have to cancel out of it.

    Can you provide some examples of an email you tried to save to your account and did not save or the error message you receive?

    I can click on Save & Link to Insightly (in outlook) and about 10 seconds later the box comes up with who to link to and I click Save - then nothing happens at all - I just did it again and have been waiting over 2 minutes - so then I have to click cancel - if I click on save again, still nothing happens.

    Thanks for that. Can you clarify if you are using the Outlook desktop version or on the web? If you are using Outlook desktop can you login via your web browser and attempt to make the save again?

    Yes I am using my company Outlook desktop but am having trouble getting outlook on my web browser to do the test, I'll keep trying.
