  • Hi Justin,

I'm sorry this is happening. Can you share a screenshot of the message you're receiving?

  • I am also having the same issue. We have two lead sources that are redundant and I want to delete one. I did a mass update and changed all the Leads to the one source, but when I try to delete the one we no longer want to use, I still get an error message saying the source is in use. However, when I run a report of all Leads for that source it comes up blank because it's no longer used by any lead.

How can I delete this old source?

  • Justin, I began using Insightly in 2014 and due to complications of duplicity in my work as far as data entry into my companies server, it became too much work...until I realized now in 2020 that I think the extra work spend in that area will help save time and increase efficiency if I went back to using Insightly so here I am. I have my data from 2014 and would love to know I could delete the current record and start from scratch and that the existing fields I created would remain and all I would need to do it a basic import? Please tell me this is possible? I know your paid basic plan has doubled and I am currently trying to find a way to fund it but I know now I am committed to your program and you have done some amazing things since I have been gone. I am glad to be back and hope you will accept me and get me going as far as I can before I need to pay so I am up and running?
