Problem Log In iPhone

Hi, I can't log the insightly app on my iphone. I've tried 4g, wi-fi, all my apps works fine, but it keep saying "there is something wrong, check your connection". Tried do uninstall and install the app again, but it didn't work, it says i have no internet connection (even though I just used it to download the app). How can I solve this problem?

  • Hey Claudia,

    We were unable to replicate this issue on our end with our test accounts. Try uninstalling and then turning your phone on and off, followed by a re-install.
