Import leads from Excel or CSV


I am uploading a CSV file from Import leads and I see a confirmation message saying "your file is successfully placed in the queue for importing".

I have read the Article of Importing Leads from your Import Guide and I am following the same steps. But I always receive a message saying "Insightly added 0 items from the import. We skipped 457 items due to duplication or missing essential information. We updated 0 items from the import". But nothing is duplicated and the message doesn't tell me what is missing??

So, I would highly appreciate if you could tell me exactly what is missing, as I have no idea what Insightly thinks I made wrong.

    The only required field for a Lead record is the Last name. Can you share a screenshot of how you are mapping the data into Insightly when you import?
