Exporting Reports through Microsoft Office 365

When I export a Report in Excel format, it does not generate an email to my Microsoft Office 365 Account.

  • Hello Ray,

I apologize that you are experiencing this issue!

Here are a few things that may help these e-mails arrive in your inbox:

    1. Where you able to see if the email ended up in your spam folder? If the messages are there, you can usually mark them as "not spam", which will help future messages to go directly to your inbox.
    2. Also please try adding the e-mail "notifications@insightly.com" as a contact in your email program’s contacts list. Most email programs will allow messages from your contacts to pass through any filters. In my experience, this is usually the most reliable fix.

Are you using our New Insightly Experience?

  • Hi Alejandro,

Before we switched to Office 365, I would generate a Report and I would receive it via e-mail…example below. Since switching to Office 365, I generate the Report and receive a Pop-Up that it was "queued successfully" but I never receive the Report…example below. I have tried also exporting it as a "CSV" as I saw someone on another thread suggest it, but was not successful in retrieving the Report as a CSV file.

Maybe there is an issue with the Add Email Accounts of the Exchange Settings. I recall that you tried to enter in the Server information while you were here but received an error message.

Thanks again for all of your assistance!

    - Ray

  • Hello Ray,

I do not see your examples can you re-paste them to your comment that way I can take a further look? Just please blur out any sensitive information as this is a public forum.

    Thanks!
