Mobile App for Android does not sync
Hello,
The mobile android app does not sync. I have read all the community posts regarding this but none appear to have provided a successful resolution to the issue. Can someone please help me resolve this?
I have tried the below resolution steps without success:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Manually syncing the app from the settings section
- Turning the phone off and on
- Checking to ensure I was logged into the right account
Is there something I am missing or is this an app design flaw that is being worked on?
