Looks like your issue could be related to your web browser. To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.
Also, I suggest trying to clear your cache; here are instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:
Thanks! I verified the error in all three browsers on this computer: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. I also reproduced it in Safari on another computer. I didn't 'clear the cache', but I also had not used these other browsers with Insightly yet. Both computers are Macs running MacOS 10.13.3.
