Issues with Office/Outlook 365 Sidebar
HI,
Using Office 365 with a customer. I installed the 365 Sidebar, and initially it was working fine. Then yesterday I went to use, and depending on which version of Outlook I'm using, I get a slightly different error message, but none are working.
I have Admin rights to Insightly, but not to the 365 Account (company owner has those rights)
Screen shots attached.
Any assistance?

Hello billmacfie,
To help better support you regarding this issue can you verify that all the requirements for the Outlook sidebar have been met on your end? Here are the requirements:
Some helpful information to share businesses that use Microsoft Exchange Server for email are using Microsoft Exchange accounts. Add-ins like the Sidebar are not built for use with Exchange accounts.
Hi….yes to all
Using both Outlook for Mac 2016 and Outlook online, Office 365 Enterprise E1
Hello....to reiterate, I have verified that all the requirements for the Outlook sidebar have been met on my end.
Using Office 365 Enterprise E1 product. The version I use of Outlook is either Outlook for Mac 2016 or the on-line version associated with our subscription.
The screenshots shown in my first message are from as follows:
1st shot with 503 Service Available - from Outlook for Mac 2016
2nd shot is from the web version.
When I first installed the sidebar, it was working.
Any assistance in getting it back to working order is appreciated.
Bill
Hello billmacfie,
Thanks for providing that additional information!
It seems that you are using the Insightly old add-on. I recommend reaching out to Outlook support for this on why it didn't automatically switch for you. A workaround that has worked for some customers who are already using the old Outlook add-in, is to turn the add-in off and back on again to quickly update to the sidebar.
