Hi - I have the same problem. When email templates with PDF attachments are part of a workflow que, the PDF is not attached...yet, if I send that same template manually to someone it's fine. Any ideas???
Is the PDF attachment greater than 5 MB in size? The reason why emails might not be sending is due to the file attached to the email. If the attached file is greater than 5 MB this passes the Insightly threshold for file attachments.
A couple of options you have here to still provide your attached file:
Create a Zip file which should provide a smaller file size. Keep in mind Zip files can sometimes be marked as spam by email providers. This may cause an issue where the email ends up in a spam folder
You can also upload your file to Google Drive, Dropbox, and any other hosting software. Then you can provide a link to the file in the email.

Alejandro...any insight on this - the PDF is small in size...we shouldn't have to create an external link...what do you suggest?
