  • All list views for opportunities and contacts are not working and screen goes grey/black when trying to create a new list view. Is there any live support or phone number to call? Need to fix immediately.

  • I'm having the same issue. All of the screens for all of the tabs are blank. If I try to create a new project, opportunity, etc, all I get is a blank form with all entry fields missing. The only way I can access anything is by looking at recent activity and clicking on the project name link. So I know the data is there, but for some reason, the data is not getting displayed.

  • Is there an Insightly Live Chat, help desk email or help line phone number? I can't find any way to contact them other than this board.

  • There is a number listed on their site, called and ran through the options for support and the automated message says go to the support webpage and submit your question, and hangs up..

  • Web-based CRM should allow you to store your data in real-time on your local hard drive so you can work independently in cases like this. This is the case with Google Drive, which is also cloud-based.

  • I have tried logging in and out, system settings, various users - it seems that it is only the database that is not accessible - does anyone have ideas????

  • I'm only a couple weeks into using Insightly. Are incidents like this common?

  • We have a number of employees with little to do when Insightly is down. Does anyone have any suggestions on how prepare for situations like this when we need to access data or create local access when Insightly is unsupportive?

  • For 2.5 years I have rarely had problems, the system overall has been excellent and continually improving. I have been amazed and always recommend them. But not having the ability to access customer service 24/7 for a product like this (or at least be able to reliably log the problem so you know it will be tackled early east coast time) is unacceptable.

  • Yeah, you'd think that a malfunction like this across so many users would be a 3-alarm fire and should be addressed outside of PST business hours. What if this had happened on a Saturday afternoon?

  • I just received this fro Insightly support:

    Lyla T., May 4, 06:01 PDT:

    Hello,

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues connecting to Insightly.

We've seen reports that North America is experiencing a large ISP disturbance.

We recommend contacting your local internet provider to see if you've been impacted by the outage.

Most ISP's have outage pages for their individual service.

Please know we are monitoring this very closely from our end and your data is protected.

    This was my response:
We have offices From Miami to New York that are experiencing the same issue. Your help boards are also full of this experience.

  • How did you access support desk? Do you get it from the Help Center home page? I don't see any way to leave a message.  https://support.insight.ly/hc/en-us

  • They REALLY need to update their status page.

What's the point in a status page if it doesn't actually test and report the status in real time!

    All systems are NOT GO!
