Adding new user

When my new user clicks the invite link, he ends up on a trial page that is not linked to our company.  We have 13 other users that work fine, but he can't seem to access our site.

  • Hi Alejandro,

    Super Soccer Stars is encountering the same challenge as Derek. We invited a new user to our account. That person had already used a free account in the past with the same username (email address) that was used to send the new-account-sign-in link. Now when that person clicks the invite link, it logs them into the old free account instead of the Super Soccer Stars account. Thanks for your help!
