We need back the notes sorted chronologically from top (latest) to bottom (earliest) by default. In the new interface, it was "switched".
When people make call, they always examine the latest notes , coz over time, usually the history with the organization is not relevant so much and now we need to either scroll down till the end to see what was the last issue with them (sometimes it's a lot to scroll) or change the sort manually (which for some reason requires 2 clicks). That's not cool at all! it makes a lot more sense to see the latest notes first! thanks.
