Dates to remember - dates changing

If I have a "Date to Remember" entered on a contact, every time I edit the Contact record, the date changes to one day prior. This happens even if editing unrelated data, such as phone number. For example, if I enter the date 25 May 2018, when I save the record, it automatically changes to 24 May 2018. If I then edit any field on that Contact, the date will again change, now to 23 May 2108, and so on.

How can I stop this from happening? Or is it a glitch?

     It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome, and making sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem. Here are the instructions for how to clear your cache; we've included instructions for all popular browsers, so regardless of which browser you use, we've got you covered:

    Firefox
    Microsoft Edge

    If the issue persists, you can also try disabling any browser extensions or add-ons, as these may interfere with the way some Web pages display. You can then enable the extensions one by one to see which is causing the problem.

    This issue is NOT resolved. Please update the status to reflect this.

    I have gone through all of your suggestions above and none have resolved the issue.

    Can I please just clarify that the date isn't reverting back to the previous date entered (as you might expect if it was a cache issue). It changes the date to a date one day earlier than the one I enter, every time the contact is saved. So if I edit and save a contact 50 times, the date will display as one that is 50 days earlier than the one I entered.

    This is getting quite frustrating and I look forward to your next suggestions on how to prevent this from recurring.

    To further look into this can you double check your timezone settings for your computer. And, making sure the timezone matches what you have set in your Insightly Account > User Settings.

    Yes, both PC & Insightly are set to the same timezone - UTC + 10:00 (Brisbane).
