When I create a template it is not there. This feature used to work -- I can see my older templates. Not sure what has changed?

Hi Kim,
Sorry to hear you're having issues creating those Email Templates.
Sometimes the page needs to be refreshed in order for the new Email Templates to display in the UI.
Are you still unable to see newly created Email Templates after refreshing the page?
