Bulk Edits Not Working

Hi there,

I'm trying to update my group lists, and for some reason my bulk edits won't save my changes.

For example, I'm converting my now labelled list "PGY6" to the "PGY*" grouping. My next step would be to take my PGY5 list and convert it over to the PGY6 group and so on. This would create an empty PGY1 folder where I can upload my new incomers list. 

I've done this for years, and not it won't see to save my changes. 

Please help asap!

    I'm sorry you're having trouble with that. It sounds like your issue could be related to your web browser.

    To check if it’s the browser, can you try accessing the page with a different browser than the one you have been using? We recommend Firefox or Chrome and make sure that you've updated your browsers to the latest available version.

    If it works in another browser, I suggest logging out of all accounts, clearing the original browser’s cache, then signing back in to see if that resolves the problem.
