Help getting back to previous plan
After going back and forth with Insightly, I have found that we cannot get what we need for the list sync. Can we please request that we get put back on our old plan ASAP? I just tried from portal and do not see the option to get back, only to upgrade. I recall seeing in a tutorial that we could toggle back to the previous 'look and feel' but don't see how to get there.
