500 Error when converting Lead to Opportunity

 Hi there

Can you please assist. We have an issue when converting a lead to an opportunity. As soon as we hit "save" it goes straight to the Error 500 page.

I have added a "closed-converted" status in Leads but this still isn't working. Can you please help?

    Taking a look at your Insightly Account > System Settings > Lead Source it seems you have not selected a Default "Lead Source". You'll need to select a Default Lead Source to complete setting up your account for Lead management

    Thanks for your response.

    We do have a default Lead Source which is own database. I just tried converting a lead into an opportunity now and got an error 500 again.
