Overcharged

Hi, 

i recently renewed by membership to insightly in which i have 4 users, however, i was charged for 5 users. i've tried calling but every number seems to be not in service and there are no service to contact anyone directly. 

please help with this

    Thanks for letting us know about this. I've taken a look and it seems we did charge you for 5 instead of 4 users. Your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank, the credit should appear in your account within 3 to 10 business days.
