404. that's a problem

I have tried using several browsers this morning - Chrome, Firefox AND Opera and cannot login to my account - just gives me the 404 error.  database works on my phone so I know the account is still active.

    I apologize for having to experience that. Are you still encountering this issue when attempting to log in using your email address & password?

  • Hi Tony, I'm guessing that you have just upgraded to the new version of Insightly and are now logging in using a bookmarked page OR clicking on a link that has been emailed to you for an entry made before you upgraded? This is an issue we are currently grappling with - we had a custom URL for Insightly classic and that feature has been lost with the upgrade. Try going to the Insightly home page: and logging in from there. 

    If you need to find a link you have been sent, once logged in, you can copy the field ID from the end of the link (the numbers) you have and paste it into the master search box at the top.
