Two Logins

Hi

I have two logins set up - one is on a trial that has expired and one is with a company as a user.

Both are under the email joanne@agentdynamics.com.au - can you please delete the trial one as it keeps logging in as that one when I'm trying to connect via gsuite.  It also adds another step when I'm trying to just login in from a broswer.

    Hello Joanne,

    Due to privacy reasons, Insightly is not able to delete your Insightly Account. However, the steps are pretty straight forward. This article here does a great job of explaining the process: Canceling and deleting your account

    Thanks Alejandro - I deleted the account - but still when I try to login via the browser with Google G Suite - it keeps logging me in to my expired trial account!! Even though I've deleted it!!  Sooo frustrating!  I have cleared the cache and that didn't help.  Would appreciate any support so I can login in with the paid company account.  Thanks so much.

    Hello Joanne,

    Since you are still having issues with this and taking a look it seems that the email address associated with your Insightly Help Center account is not one connected to your Insightly Account. I'll go ahead and proceed to create a ticket now to continue to support you in resolving this. 

    Please keep an eye out for a response from me asking for further information.

    Hello Joanne,

    I'm sorry it seems that the ticket I created for you and the reply I wrote was not received on your end. I've gone ahead and resent my reply can you confirm you received it by replying in the ticket.

    Strange I did send the email twice now. Let's try and confirm I have the correct email address if you don't mind. I know this is a public forum however I do need to show the email address to have you confirm. This is the email address I've created the ticket for joanneharrison72@outlook.com.

    Hey Alejandro - what is happening?  I replied to your email and this is just getting crazy!!  Can you please use joanne@agentdynamics.com.au to email me I only used the microsoft login for this help area as it's the only thing that would let me log in - Insightly logins wouldn't work!!  Thanks

    I'm sorry to hear you are still not receiving my emails for the ticket I created for you. I created the ticket to help provide private information to help resolve this for you. I've gone ahead and sent the email one more time to the email address you provided.
