Credit Card Request from Insightly
Hi, I have recently started to receive this pop up when using my Insightly account.
''Hmmm, looks like a problem with your account.
Insightly was not able to charge the credit card we have on file for your account after trying several times over the last couple of weeks.
In order to continue using Insightly, please add a valid credit card to your account so we can renew your subscription.''
We have never used a paid subscription and therefore have never entered a credit card.
Please advise as to how I can stop this from continuously popping up.
