Automatically link email to Customer's Organization
When an email is sent from within Insightly, the email will only link to the Users Organization. If you'd like to connect this to your customer's organizations, you will need to manually add that link.
This is one of our huge pain-points. When an email is sent from within Insightly, the email should be linked to all recepients' Organization as well, as it does when email is sent from Oulook with CC to Users Insightly mailbox. Then you will get an overview of all emails to an Organization in the Organization's Activity-tab. A huge advantage for B2B-sales!
If not designed for all users, my proposal is a configurable feature.
