Tasks Export Failure

I've started exporting my various databases to .CSV format every month for archival purposes. Organizations/Notes, Contacts,/Notes, and Tasks.

The others export properly and I get the email notice with the link , but not Tasks. In fact, I just checked and in three months of doing this, I've never gotten a Tasks Export report.

Thorough check of Spam filters doesn't show then there, either. It's not clear whether the report is not being generated or the email is not being generated or sent. Can you check, please?

BTW, the incessant Upgrade nag screen, which is on every screen at all times, is really bush league stuff. Or is it just an example of Calculated Misery, like the recently desupported features in the less expensive Plans?

  • Rick I tested on my free plan and it seemed to work. Did you also not get any web notification?

    I agree with the annoying nag screen. I use the free option sometimes because there is no way to separate test from production in the paid version but this is making it almost impossible to use. I get the limitation but the nag screen is just ridiculous.

    By "web notification," do you meant the notice circled in the screencap with my initial post? If so, yes, I get that notice. But I have never gotten an email with a link to the export data, not over three months and literally dozens of attempts. 

    As stated before, I have no problem with any of the other Export functions.

    No, maybe I'm using the wrong terminology and I'm not sure if it is only available on certain windows versions i.e. Win 10 but maybe a better description would be an application notification. See below.

  • Rick this is strange and it has never happened to me. I would have suggested checking spam folders but that would make no sense since it only happens with task export. Let's hope support chimes in on this.

    Also, I've checked three levels of spam filters: no messages there.
