For Best Practices - How about discussing Customer Service. I have no way to fix my problem with the emails and nobody to ask for help.PLEASE HELP!!

Is there a phone number that works or even an email that works?

    Our support hours are 4 am to 7 pm, Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
