You must realize how ridiculous that sounds. Clicking the email link adds the address to BCC in Outlook, but BCC doesn't work and you recommend CC instead. But you can't change it to CC to make it ...

OK then, if I'm in the opportunity and click the link, it opens my outlook and automatically puts the address in bcc. How can I change it so it puts it in cc instead?

I find this incredibly annoying as well. I'm using outlook 2016 with office365  its not like im using some crazy weird system. Plus the fact that the email address includes the opportunity address....
