I used the following:
Send in 3 hours - didn't work
Set schedule for 1 hour ahead - didn't work
Set schedule for 5 hours ahead - didn't work
Set schedule for next day - didn't work
Nope. Still no emails being sent! A very unhappy customer!
I sent a support request on Friday the 22nd and today is Tuesday 26th. 4 days for a response is super slow.
Also, I sent 2 support request via tickets and they are not answering my questions.
I've scheduled emails to go out on my account but they are not sending?
I have sent another scheduled email to go out today and it's still not working.
