I thought I would share I how use the priority option as a work around for now:

Strongly agree. Tasks is how I keep myself sorted and prioritize my next business step.
I agree that sorting by priority would be a very good option to have. This is the 'urgent' vs. 'important concept that is so hard to balance in business.
