Just to confirm you are not alone. I have reported this on 2 other strings and have been waiting 13 hours for a fix or at least a response.

Web-based CRM should allow you to store your data in real-time on your local hard drive so you can work independently in cases like this. This is the case with Google Drive, which is also cloud-based.
