Visitor Webpages Viewed Report
The Visitor Webpages Viewed report displays Prospects and what webpages they have viewed. By default, this report will filter by the Page Visit Date/Time field and will display information from the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Visitor ID
- Prospect Name
- Page Visit Date/Time
- Activity Type
- URL

I want to review all Prospects that have visited a specific URL over the last 90 days | Apply the following filter: Filter By: URL Operator: Equal To Value: Input the applicable URL The report will display any Prospects that have visited the specified URL over the last 90 days. |
I want to see all Prospects in a specific city have visited a specific URL between certain dates | Edit the existing filter for the applicable date span. Apply the following two filters: Filter By: Visitor: City Operator: Equal To Value: Input the applicable city Filter By: URL Operator: Equal To Value: Input the applicable URL The report will display Prospects in the specific city who visited the specified URL during the date span applied to the report. |
Visitor Webpage Activity Report
The Visitor Webpage Activity report displays activities performed by Prospects who have visited URLS. By default, this report will filter by the Visit Start Date/Time field and will display information from the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Visitor ID
- Prospect Name
- Visit Start Date/Time
- Visit End Date/Time
- Page View Count
- Referrer
- Entry Page
- Internet Service Provider
- Visitor City
- Visitor State/Region
- Visitor Country
- Device
- Operating System
- Browser

I want to review what activities were performed during a specific date range | Edit the default filter to include the date range that requires review The report will display webpage activities that occurred during the specified date range. |
I want to review activities performed by a specific prospect over the last 120 days | Edit the default filter to review for 120 days and add the following two filters: Filter By: Prospect: First Name Operator: Equal To Value: Input the first name Filter By: Prospect: Last Name Operator: Equal To Value: Input the last name The report will display all website activities for the specified Prospect over the last 120 days. |
Paid Social Media Traffic Report
The Paid Social Media Traffic Report displays visitors and what source they were referred from; this report differs from the Organic Social Media Traffic Report in the sense that data displayed in this report is only related to paid advertising. By default, this report will filter for the last 12 months and for the referrer medium being "social". These filters can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Number of Sessions
- Visitor ID
- Referrer Source
- Average Session Length in Minutes

Organic Social Media Traffic Report
The Organic Social Media Traffic Report displays visitors and what source they were referred from; this report differs from the Paid Social Media Traffic Report in the sense that data displayed in this report is not related to any paid advertising. By default, this report will filter for the last 12 months and for the referrer medium being "social". These filters can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Number of Sessions
- Visitor ID
- Referrer Source
- Average Session Length in Minutes

Visitor Integration Activities Report
The Visitor Integration Activities Report displays insight into the third party integrations that website visitors interact with. In order to utilize this report, website tracking needs to be setup. By default, this report will filter for the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Prospect Name
- Category
- Action
- Subject
- External Activity ID
- Date Created

Tracked Custom Event Report
The Tracked Custom Event Report displays insight into the custom events that have been created for an account. By default, this report will filter for the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.
By default, this report displays the following information:
- Tracked Custom Event
- Prospect Name
- Category
- Action
- Date Created
