How to filter a dashboard card

When viewing a dashboard card, you can use filters if you would like to narrow down the data on your card. For example, if you have a funnel chart that displays multiple pipelines, you would apply a filter to select a single pipeline.

You cannot save these filters, however - they can only be manipulated and viewed on this page.

To create a filter:

  1. Go to the View Card page by clicking the title of the card.
  2. Click the filter icon.
  3. Click Add Filter.
  4. Select a field from the dropdown. For example, if you want to filter a chart so that it only shows lead ratings over 3, you would select the Lead Ratings field.
  5. Enter the parameters of your filter and click Apply. With our lead rating example, we would select "greater than" and enter the number 3.
  6. To delete the filter, click on the filter again and click on the trashcan icon.
