For customers who are leveraging a Premier Success Plan after their onboarding is complete, the Onboarding Specialist will initiate an introduction to the Customer Success Manager who will holistically with the customer to drive value and goal attainment.
What is a Premier Success Plan?
A Premier Success Plan is a strategic partnership between a customer’s business and an Insightly product expert. Through a Premier Success Plan, customers are able to clearly align their business goals and challenges with the usage and feature adoption of Insightly.
A Premier Success Plan provides customers with the opportunity to do the following with support from their Customer Support Manager:
Ensure that business goals are clearly defined by participating in quarterly business reviews
Leverage optimized adoption of Insightly through reoccurring configuration and optimization sessions to better meet business goals
Prioritize planning and goal attainment through reoccurring strategy sessions
