To import contacts, Insightly requires an Excel or CSV file. If you use Apple's Mac OS and export your contacts from the Address Book or Contacts application, the contacts will be saved in a vCard VCF file, so you'll need to find a way to get the file into an acceptable format.
A couple of options include:
- Export your contacts to another program which has an export feature for Excel or CSV (Gmail, for example).
- Convert your VCF file to CSV with a conversion program. A quick internet search should guide you to some services or applications.
