Prospect Reports

Prospect Report

The Prospect Report can be used to review details regarding Prospects available in an Insightly Marketing account; this report can have filters applied to capture specific information regarding Prospects. By default, the Prospect Report displays the following information:

  • Prospect ID
  • Prospect Name
  • Organization Name
  • State/Province
  • Country
  • Date of Last Activity
  • Linked Lead (if applicable)
  • Linked Contact (if applicable)

In addition to the default information, additional information can be added to the report as needed via the Report Fields section. For more information regarding customizing an existing Insightly Marketing report, please review the Reporting Overview article.

    Scenario/Issue

    Application/Resolution

    I want to see a list of Prospects at a specific organization and when their date of last activity was

    Apply the following filter:

    Filter by: Organization Name

    Operator: Equal To

    Value: The organization name

    The report will display Prospects in the organization and the Date of Last Activity column can be reviewed for the necessary details.  

    I want to see a list of all my Prospects located in a specific city

    Apply the following filter:

    Filter by: City

    Operator: Equal To

    Value: The city name

    The report will display Prospects that have the filtered city applied to their Prospect record

    I want to see a list of all my Prospects that have been marked as Do Not Email

    Apply the following filter:

    Filter by: Do Not Email

    Operator: Is Checked

    The report will display Prospects that have the Do Not Email checkbox enabled within their opt out and contact Preferences in Prospect record.


Prospect Growth Report

The Prospect Growth Report can be used to review the growth of Prospects in an Insightly Marketing account. By default, this report will filter by the Date Created field of Prospect records and will display information from the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.

    I want to see the amount of new Prospects added to my Marketing account over the last 120 days

    Edit the existing filter to the following:

    Date Range to Filter: Last 120 Days

    The report will display any Prospects created within the last 120 days.

    I want to see all new Prospects from a specific organization added to my Marketing account

    Apply the following filter:

    Filter by: Organization Name

    Operator: Equal To

    Value: The organization name

    The report will display any new Prospects added to Insightly Marketing (within the timeframe indicated by the default filter) from the specified organization. 

Lead Conversion Report

The Lead Conversion Report can be used to review Prospects in an Insightly Marketing account that have converted to Leads within Insightly CRM. By default, this report will filter by the Date of Lead Conversion field of Prospect records and will display information from the past 90 days. This filter can be edited and additional filters can be added as well by clicking Add a Filter Row or by dragging and dropping a field from the Report Fields list on the left of the report.

    The report will display any Prospects from the specified organization who have converted (within the timeframe indicated by the default filter).
