Advanced reporting for lists can be useful for reviewing list information within an Insightly Marketing account.

List Reports
List Report
The List Report displays information regarding lists within a Marketing accounts. By default, this report will display lists owned by any user and the following information is displayed:
- List Name
- Folder
- Prospect Count
- List Type
- Public
- Date Created
The List Report can be customized by editing the default filter Record by Owner as well as by dragging and dropping additional filters from the Report Fields section on the left.
Use Cases
Scenario/Issue | Application/Resolution |
I want to review all lists created by a specific owner | Add the following filter: Filter By: List Owner Operator: Equal To Value: Select the user from the dropdown The report will display all lists created by the specified user. |
I want to see all lists with a Prospect count greater than 50 | Add the following filter: Filter By: Prospect Count Operator: Greater Than Value: 50 The report will display all lists that contain a Prospect count that is greater than 50. |
