Removing a user's license will disable their access to their account, but won't require you to reassign anything they were responsible for. Each user must be assigned at least one license. The user seat will still be charged if you disable access for CRM, however. Until you delete the user and reduce the number of users on your subscription, Insightly will continue to bill you for that user.
Enabling and Disabling User Licenses
- Go to System Settings > User List.
- Select an active user by clicking their name.
- Click the Actions dropdown and select Edit User.
- Under the Product User Licenses section, check each license you want the user to have access to. Uncheck any license you want to remove access for.
- Click Save User Details.
