There are several options for adding new and existing Dashboard Cards to your custom Dashboards. When a Card is added to multiple Dashboards, updating one of the Cards will affect all of the Cards.
If you want to change the Card's data and not alter other versions of the Card added to a different Dashboard, clone the Card instead. Cloning creates an identical copy of your Card for modifying without altering the information on the original Card.
How to add a Dashboard Card
Go to Dashboards Cards.
Click the three-dot menu and select Add to Dashboard.
Enter the name of each Dashboard you want the Card to be added to.
Click Save.
How to add an existing Card to a Dashboard
Go to Dashboards. Click the three-dot menu.
Select Add Existing Card.
Use the dropdown to select a Card to add.
Click Add Card.
How to add Cards from the View Card page
Go to Dashboards > Cards. Click the name of the Card.
Click the Actions dropdown and select Add to Dashboard.
Enter the name of each Dashboard you want the Card to be added to.
Click Save.
How to bulk add Dashboard Cards
Go to Dashboards > Cards.
Check the box next to each Card you want to add. Click the plus icon (Add to Dashboard).
Enter the name of each Dashboard you want the Cards to be added to.
Click Save.
