After you've started creating your dashboards and dashboard cards, you'll want to organize everything to get to the data you need quickly. To access your dashboards and dashboard cards, click on the dashboards tab in the left navigation bar.

Basic Dashboard Navigation
To view an individual dashboard, click the dashboard’s name, which is in blue text.
List Views - Clicking on the dashboards drop-down will allow you to view the standard and custom lists of dashboards you have created. By default, you will be navigated to see all the dashboards your team has created, but you can narrow down the dashboards you see to the ones that belong to you or a custom list you have curated. This is also where you'll find the Standard Dashboards.
Cards Button - Clicking on the Cards button will take you to a page that lists each individual dashboard card.
Show Sidebar - The Show Sidebar icon will open up the sidebar to the right of the dashboards list. You can use the sidebar to access the recycle bin.
New Dashboard - Clicking the New Dashboard button will create a brand new dashboard.
Individual Dashboard Configuration
When you click on an individual Dashboard, you will be able to manipulate your Dashboard however you like. You can rearrange your cards by clicking and dragging them to the area you want. In addition, there are several other options for customizing your Dashboard through the Actions menu.
Edit This Dashboard - Change the Dashboard's name, write a description, and adjust the sharing settings.
Delete This Dashboard - You will be asked if you a certain about deleting the Dashboard. Click Delete this Dashboard.
Clone This Dashboard - Allows you to create an identical duplicate of the Dashboard you are currently working on. You can rename the new Dashboard, write a description, and adjust the sharing settings.
Add Existing Card - Add an already existing Dashboard Card to the Dashboard you are viewing.
Create New Card - Clicking on Create a new Card will take you to the card creation screen.
Lock Card Positions - Locks the position of all cards on a dashboard. Activate this feature by clicking the menu option in the Actions dropdown. When enabled, a checkmark will appear next to the Lock Card Positions menu option. Users will not be allowed to resize any cards or change their position. Additionally, changing the size of the browser will not alter the size or position of the cards. By default, this setting is not enabled. To disable, click the menu option again.
Auto-Refresh Dashboard - Enables this Dashboard to be refreshed automatically every 60 minutes in order for the most current data to be displayed. Activate this feature by clicking the menu option in the Actions dropdown. When enabled, a checkmark will appear next to the Auto-Refresh Dashboard menu option. By default, this setting is not enabled. To disable, click the menu option again.
Card Sizing - Change the size of all of your cards by clicking on the square icons at the bottom of the Actions drop-down.
The first square signifies that the Cards are displayed in a variety of sizes.
The second square changes the size of the cards to small, the third to medium, and the fourth to large.
Changing the size of the cards this way is temporary. Once you leave the page, your cards will revert back to the size they were previously. If you want to change the size of a card permanently you will have to change the size of each card individually.
You can get an in-depth view of a dashboard card by going to a card's View Card page. Here, you will be able to view, filter, share, clone, edit, and delete the data on the card. Each card can be individually viewed and modified.
Viewing a Card
Go to Dashboards > Cards.
On the Dashboard Cards page, you'll have access to any card on any dashboard that you have permission to view. You can sort the cards by clicking the Standard List Views dropdown.
Click on the name of the card you want to view.
You are now on the View Card page.
How to Edit a Dashboard Card
Click on the name of the card.
Click Actions. Select Edit This Card.
Edit the card as needed. Click Save.
Table View
You can display the data from the card in the form of a basic table instead of the chart view.
Click on the name of the card.
Click on the Table button.
To switch back, click the Chart button.
