Products, Price Books, and Quotations will need to be enabled by an Insightly administrator before they can appear in your navigation bar.
To enable:
- Go to System Settings > Product, Price Book, and Quotation.
The following settings are available for use:
Products, Price Books, and Quotes Enabled: By default, this checkbox is disabled. Enabling this checkbox will allow for the use of the Products, Price Books, and Quotes functionality within Insightly CRM. When disabled, this functionality will not be available for use.
Allow Changing Linked Organization on Quotes: By default, this checkbox is disabled. Enabling this checkbox will allow for the changing of the organization on quotes. When enabled, the quote organization on all linked quotes will be updated when the main opportunity organization is changed. When disabled, the organization on all linked quotes will not be changed automatically when the main opportunities organization is changed.
