When you've had task or email activity related to a record, you will see two fields in the Details section. These dates can be used to create custom filters or custom reports to help you keep track of records that haven't had a recent activity.
- Date of Last Activity displays the last date that a linked task was marked complete or a linked email was saved. This field will update even if you link the task or the email to the record at a later time.
- Date of Next Activity displays the due date of the next incomplete task. When the date is in the past, this indicates that there is an overdue task.
