How to delete a PDF or Merge Document

If you have made any errors, you can delete your PDFs at any time.

You will be unable to restore the PDF once it has been deleted.

To delete a PDF:

  1. Open your record. Go to the Related tab.
  2. If you are deleting a Quote PDF, scroll to Quote PDFs.
    If you are deleting a PDF from another record type, scroll to Files.
  3. Click the three-dot menu to the right of the PDF. Select Delete Quote Document or Delete This File.
