If you are using a Google Workspace login to access Insightly, your password is administered by Google so please contact your Google Workspace administrator for assistance. If you are using a Microsoft login to access Insightly, your password is administered by Microsoft. Please contact your Microsoft administrator for assistance.
For Insightly accounts that are not connected to Google Workspace or Microsoft, you can reset or change your password from Insightly's login page. Insightly administrators cannot reset a user's password for them.
- On the Insightly Log in screen, click Can’t Log In?.
Enter the email address you use to sign in to Insightly and click Send Recovery Link button.
- A confirmation message will appear and an email will be sent to you if the user exists.
If the message indicates your email address is invalid, please enter the valid email address you use to sign in to Insightly.
Please check your email inbox, pen the Insightly Password Reset email and click the recovery link provided. Remember to check your spam folders and email tabs if the email is not immediately visible.
- Enter your new password and retype, and then click Reset Password. You will be immediately logged in to your Insightly account and will be able to use the new password the next time you log in. Password reset link expires in 2 hours.
- If the password reset link expires, you can request a new password reset by clicking on the link to request a new password.
